Fischer Sauvignon Blanc is a high-quality, dry white wine made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes from the best vineyards of the Badacsony wine region. This wine has an alcohol content of 14.0% and contains 0.3 g/l of residual sugar. The wine was aged in steel tanks to preserve its freshness and fruitiness.

Color and Fragrance: It is characterized by a pale yellow color, with restrained, fruity notes in its aroma, reminiscent of citron and star fruit (carambola), with a little freshly cut grass in the background.

Taste and Texture: The taste is moderately intense, which takes the wine one level above the light category. Not a typical Sauvignon Blanc, it is exciting, mineral, with a long finish.

Food pairing: It goes well with salads, fish and less mature cheeses. It feels particularly good with fried Balaton fish with lemongrass sauce.
