Our wine made from this variety is characterized by sweet, fruity — plum, strawberry —, jammy, slightly coffee, and tobacco notes in its aroma. Medium body, ripe sour cherry, plum, tobacco, and light smoke in its taste. A real fiery red wine. The sip is full and even in the finish it brings the promised notes in the aroma. A harmonious item, we especially recommend it with grilled dishes. A must-have for BBQ parties, an excellent companion for hearty spicy meat dishes, but it goes well with dark meats, onion grill, duck with red cabbage and bun dumplings, grilled chicken with Mexican vegetables (chili, red beans). warm chestnut strudel with rum drops, boiled beef with horseradish, roasted venison in red wine sauce (with Merlot sauce of course), cottage cheese pancakes.
