The 2024 Fischer Syrah Rosé is a special batch: the rosé version of the international Syrah variety is rare, but all the more exciting. The proximity of Lake Balaton and the volcanic soil of Badacsony resulted in a characteristic yet fresh wine

Its color is light salmon pink, and its aroma reveals red berries — raspberries, currants — and delicate spicy notes that evoke the unique character of Syrah.

Medium-bodied, fresh and dry, with low residual sugar (2.3 g/l). The palate is refreshing, elegant and long-lasting, with a balance between fruitiness and vigor.

We recommend drinking it chilled to 6 °C — it's a great choice on its own for warmer days, but it's also a perfect accompaniment to light salads, grilled fish, or friendly conversations.
