We have 80 hectares of vineyards growing high quality grapes, which we use to make exemplary wines.

We are always at the forefront of technology. Whether it's in the vineyards or the wine cellar, we use state-of-the-art solutions to ensure high quality every step of the way. From planting the vines to bottling the wine, we use the latest technology in every process.

Our Balaton wines are produced in Badacsony-Kisapaty, on the northern shore of Lake Balaton. The volcanic terroir, careful winemaking and distinctive flavors all define Fischer Birtok's wines. We grow high-quality grapes on 80 hectares of our vineyards, from which we make balanced, reliable wines.

At Fischer Birtok, modern technology plays a prominent role in every stage. From grape growing to cellar work to bottling, we use the most modern solutions to ensure that the quality of our wines is consistent and of high standard in every vintage.

Welcome to Fischer Birtok, where family tradition meets high quality. Our winery is built on generations of family heritage, and we are proud to produce our wines from grapes grown in some of our finest vineyards.

Alfred Fischer Winery was founded in 1931 by Alfred Fischer (1895-1977). Since 1931, Alfred Fischer has served in various restaurants in Vienna, and since 1964 he has worked in the catering industry in his family's nearby shop.

Syrah Barrique

A Fischer Syrah Barrique 2021 a borászat karakteres, mégis kifinomult vörösbora, amely a Syrah fajta legszebb tulajdonságait mutatja meg. A bor mély rubinvörös színű, illatában fekete ribizli, szeder, bors és füstös aromák jelennek meg.

Blaufränkisch Reserve Rosalia DAC 2017

Dark ruby garnet with violet reflections and subtle edge lighting. A tempting dark berry fruit jam with ripe plum nuances, a hint of nougat and fig, and delicate noble wood spices.

Pinot Blanc 2024

One of the dominant varieties at Fischer Birtok's Szent György-hegy vineyard is pinot blanc, which is basically a very fashionable grape variety in Austria; it can even be found in Wachau in large quantities, alongside Verdun and Riesling.
