The aroma reveals subdued wild herbs, stone fruits and ripe apricots. In the mouth it has a juicy, fresh character, with aromas of white apple and honeydew melon. Its fine acidity gives a balanced, harmonious overall effect.<\/p><p>The wine was fermented in conical stainless steel tanks, paying particular attention to preserving the fresh and fragrant aromas, the full colors and the soft, elegant texture. After fermentation, the wine was destemmed and then underwent a complete malolactic fermentation in oak barrels to enhance the complexity and expressiveness of its aromas. This was followed by approximately 12-14 months of aging, partly in new and partly in previously used French oak barrels.<\/p><p>Overall, it is an elegant, layered and harmonious wine that performs
