This wine has an alcohol content of 14.0% and contains 0.3 g\/l of residual sugar. The wine was aged in steel tanks to preserve its freshness and fruitiness.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Color and Fragrance:<\/strong> It is characterized by a pale yellow color, with restrained, fruity notes in its aroma, reminiscent of citron and star fruit (carambola), with a little freshly cut grass in the background.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Taste and Texture:<\/strong> The taste is moderately intense, which takes the wine one level above the light category. Not a typical Sauvignon Blanc, it is exciting, mineral, with a long finish.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Food pairing:<\/strong> It goes well with salads, fish and less mature cheeses.
